- 4-year college degree required.
- 3+ years in customer-facing account or program mgmt with strategic customers.
- Familiarity with revenue-generating customers and leadership discussions.
- Knowledge of Program Management, VoIP, VoIP routing, LNP, and account mgmt.
- Experience managing complex relationships with large accounts; API basics.
- Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
