  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers as trusted advisor.
  • Serve as primary contact; manage all aspects of the relationship.
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations to address challenges.
  • Use technical knowledge to share best practices and cut downtime.
  • Lead root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams to prevent issues.
  • Relay customer feedback to leadership for product improvements.

  • 4-year college degree required.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing account or program mgmt with strategic customers.
  • Familiarity with revenue-generating customers and leadership discussions.
  • Knowledge of Program Management, VoIP, VoIP routing, LNP, and account mgmt.
  • Experience managing complex relationships with large accounts; API basics.
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Zendesk, and Google Suite.
