🎯 Requirements

  • 4-year college degree required.
  • 3+ years in customer-facing account/program mgmt with strategic customers; C-level exposure.
  • Knowledge of PM, VoIP, VoIP routing, LNP, and account mgmt.
  • Experience managing large enterprise accounts (~$10M rev) and CRM/PM tools.
