🎯 Requirements

  • 8–15+ years in Customer Success or Enterprise leadership (SaaS/fintech/banking/crypto)
  • Fluency in banking/payments infra, compliance, digital wallets, APIs, and blockchain
  • Proven ability to manage and grow complex enterprise accounts
  • Executive presence with strong commercial judgment and cross-functional leadership
  • Ability to translate customer architecture and goals into outcomes
  • Experience with CRM and CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight) and adoption analytics
