  • Required: Strong commercial instincts; pricing, contracts, renewals
  • Required: Blockchain infrastructure knowledge; staking, RPC, wallet services
  • Preferred: infra/API/platform sales to financial institutions
  • Preferred: blockchain/digital assets experience (Ethereum/Solana/Canton)
