  • Lead six responsibilities from the AMER Enterprise role to drive strategic outcomes.
  • Provide trusted advisory support to large prospects and customers through DevSecOps journeys.
  • Lead full sales cycles in large enterprises: prospecting, qualifying, developing, closing.
  • Offer account leadership in pre- and post-sales to ensure customers realize value.
  • Coordinate with Solutions Architects, CS, Support, and partners to drive adoption and retention.
  • Develop and execute structured account plans aligning stakeholders and opportunities.
  • Ensure rollout and ongoing adoption via proactive account management and reviews.

🎯 Requirements

  • Desire to help customers achieve meaningful outcomes and long-term value.
  • Experience in complex B2B software sales with large enterprises (DevSecOps or related SaaS).
  • Proven success selling to large strategic orgs; build relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • High degree of account management; work with minimal supervision on complex opportunities.
  • Ability to generate new business and expand accounts via consultative multi-stakeholder sales.
  • Experience collaborating with strategic channel partners to co-sell and drive adoption.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills; strong written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred experience with Git, software tools, ALM, or security tools.
