🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years with self-insured employers, payers, TPAs, or large enterprise health clients.
  • Demonstrated consultative sales success with complex stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to identify and drive revenue opportunities across products.
  • Experience managing a book of business and client relationships.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Client Success.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex info clearly.
