📋 Description

  • Own strategic ANZ enterprise accounts, driving new logos and expansion.
  • Run full-cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, evaluation, negotiation, close.
  • Build account strategies aligning Cursor to engineering leaders, CTOs.
  • Create pipeline via outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, referrals.
  • Partner with Sales Eng, Product, and CS to deliver high-value evaluations.
  • Navigate complex buying cycles including security, legal, procurement, approvals.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales, tech SaaS to engineering-led orgs.
  • Experience selling to strategic or large Australian enterprise accounts.
  • Navigate complex buying committees across engineering, IT, security, legal.
  • Hunter mindset: build pipeline from scratch via outbound prospecting.
  • Strong pipeline management, account planning, forecasting.
  • Able to discuss Cursor with senior engineers, CTOs, and platform leads.
