- Strong business acumen; deep knowledge of KPIs in Automotive Finance & Supply Chain.
- Solid understanding of the Automotive industry.
- Fluent German and English.
- Adaptable to fast-moving, high-growth environment; growth mindset.
- Collaborative, inclusive; strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to leverage internal resources and work as a team.
