📋 Description

  • Build relationships with existing customers and net new strategic accounts.
  • Deep account planning, mapping and multi-threaded selling.
  • Serve as a domain expert on CoLab and industry best practices.
  • Find and qualify opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executive and Customer Success on expansions and renewals.
  • Travel to on-site customer meetings about 1 week per month.

🎯 Requirements

  • Enterprise/Strategic account exp in SaaS or engineering with closing skills.
  • Experience with large enterprise customers (10k+ employees).
  • Ability to analyze use cases and demonstrate a technical product.
  • Strategic thinker navigating complex enterprise sales for new-to-market product.
  • Comfortable with complex account planning and multi-department selling.
  • Team player with ownership mindset.
