📋 Description

  • Support day-to-day ops for Strategic Accounts with reporting and data checks.
  • Partner with SAMs to process location adds, cancellations, and transfers accurately.
  • Maintain Salesforce records: hierarchies, contacts, classifications, fields.
  • Monitor deadlines across requests; keep stakeholders informed.
  • Spot inefficiencies and escalate with context and data.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects for Strategic Accounts leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years in account coordination, revenue ops, or partner-facing support.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; multi-priority.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Analytical; comfortable with reporting tools; Salesforce/Claude Cowork/Excel a plus.
  • Proactive, self-directed, fits a fast-paced remote-first env.
