  • Serve as primary contact for DoW government contracts (onboarding to renewal).
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly.
  • Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
  • Collect and champion customer feedback to guide program development.
  • Retain and grow the value of government accounts.
  • Communicate readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to forecast revenue.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR 6+ years of related experience.
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience.
  • 3+ years experience supporting a technical product/service for customers.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance, or ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
  • Experience in government contracts and satellite communications.
  • 5+ years in strategic sales or account management.
