  • Act as primary contact for accounts; own contract from signature to onboarding

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school + 6+ years exp
  • 3+ years of consulting or project management experience
  • 3+ years of experience helping customers with a technical product/service
  • Experience managing several complex projects under deadlines
  • Technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to negotiate and present
