🎯 Requirements
- BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 10+ years in automotive development and safety testing
- Knowledge of FMVSS, ECE, UN, and other safety protocols
- Experience in complete vehicle safety structure and systems development
- Proficiency with LS-Dyna, Hyperworks, Python, Matlab, or NI Diadem
- Experience with CATIA 3DX or CATIA V5
- DFMEA knowledge; Polarion or equivalent
- Capable of building and scripting templates for data integrity checks and reporting
