- Support CAE in creating and maintaining attribute development plans aligned with milestones and resources.

- Highlight design/performance maturity across CAE attributes with engineering teams to meet targets.
- Support cross-functional CAE work streams to close gaps to targets.
- Align CAE status with attribute leads and the manager; escalate critical issues.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 15+ years hands-on automotive CAE experience.
- Prior team management and leadership experience across multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong CAE background: LS-Dyna, Opti-Struct, fatigue, and vehicle dynamics.
- Knowledge of CAE software: Oasys, Altair, ADAMS, and BetaCAE.
- Experience with Smartsheet and Jira preferred.
