📋 Description

• Own delivery of complex cross-functional engineering programs.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Design, and Field teams on product vision.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform decisions.
• Build strong partnerships with Product, Design, and Engineering.
• Expand knowledge into new domains as needed.
• Mentor junior TPMs and lead by example.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leading cross-functional engineering programs.
• 5+ years software development background.
• Ability to break down engineering challenges with stakeholders.
• Experience in technical design discussions and trade-offs.
• Strong communicator across engineers and stakeholders.
• Familiar with MongoDB or comparable tech.
• Hyper-organized; coordinate multiple work streams.
