• Design calibration solutions for cameras, radar, lidar, and IMU across factory and field.
• Lead calibration tech to keep vehicle calibration accurate across lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Latitude and Ford to deploy calibration solutions across lifecycle.
• Mentor engineers to grow calibration expertise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS/EE/Robotics or related field; 7+ yrs exp (MS 5+; PhD 2+).
• Strong math in calibration; quickly learn state-of-the-art methods.
• Deep understanding of numerical linear algebra and optimization algorithms.
• Strong C++ coding skills for real-time applications.
• Experience with geometric computer vision, image, lidar or radar processing.
• Excellent problem solving and algorithm design in calibration.
