Staff Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Own development and refinement of QMS processes aligned with ASPICE, ISO 9001, ISO 26262.
• Drive the Quality Deficiency Management process and track non-conformances.
• Lead analysis for critical quality issues and test escapes; evaluate corrective actions.
• Manage internal audit program for requirements, architecture, tests, and ASPICE.
• Track and report audit findings; ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Lead the design and implementation of the central Quality Dashboard to provide real-time data to all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent applicable technical experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or QMS.
• Demonstrated experience in a safety-critical domain (e.g., automotive, aerospace, robotics, medical devices).
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and ASPICE.
• Hands-on experience in conducting process audits and leading structured root cause analysis.
• Adept at querying, analyzing, and visualizing data to track and report on quality metrics.
