🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years building/operating production data platforms or large-scale systems.
- Track record leading multi-quarter technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Deep expertise in two or more areas: streaming, OLAP DBs, PostgreSQL, or Celery/Temporal.
- Strong proficiency in Python; ability to trade off language/framework decisions.
- Experience designing multi-tenant data architectures with isolation, security, and performance.
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or equivalent depth of experience.
