🎯 Requirements
- B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical, Optical, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years automotive engineering experience; 5+ years in Tier 1 or OEM lighting systems
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects through at least one program lifecycle
- Experience defining Sub-System Technical Specifications (SSTS) for vehicle lighting; SAE/ECE compliant
- Proficiency in design/optical tools (CATIA, Speos, PLM); interpret schematics, drawings, and simulations
- Solid understanding of high-volume manufacturing (injection molding, die casting) and root cause analysis
