• Drive cross-team standards and best practices for web development
• Own cross-team collaboration, ensuring deliveries on time

• Collaborate with ML, frontend, UX, and data teams to align tooling with workflows

• Design and build user-facing visual applications with strong UX
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architecture
• Proficiency in Vue
• High ownership, autonomy, and ability to drive initiatives with little oversight
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to mentor and delegate
• Solid technical design and documentation habit
