• Drive cross-team standards and best practices for web development
• Own cross-team collaboration, ensuring on-time, effective deliveries
• Architect and scale a modern frontend ecosystem using React, TypeScript, and Vue
• Collaborate with ML, UX, data services, and data annotation to align tooling with workflows

• Design and build user-facing visual apps with a passion for UX
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript and modern frontend architecture
• Proficiency in Vue
• Strong product sense with focus on UX and usability
• Ability to work autonomously with ownership and initiative
• Mentor and delegate to engineers across levels
• Well-established technical design and documentation habit
• Ability to work directly with customers to identify needs and provide solutions
