- Experience deploying config management tools: Intune, Kandji, Puppet, Ansible, Chef
- Automation experience in PowerShell, Go, or Python
- Strong change management, rollout planning, stakeholder collaboration
- Understanding endpoint security concepts and CIS Benchmarks
