- 8+ years of IT enterprise sales experience.
- Recruit and develop IT channel partners; face-to-face engagement.
- Manage existing partners; identify key IT channel partners.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Tech Support, and Ops.
- Deliver weekly forecasts and maintain CRM with up-to-date partner data.
๐ฏ Requirements
- Relevant IT sales experience, preferably in a channel sales role for a Networking vendor.
- Proven sales and business development; strong closer; team player; able to win against better-resourced competitors.
- Demonstrated success managing a sales channel with pipeline administration and reporting.
- Fluent English and Italian languages.
- Ability to develop CEO/Executive level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
