  • 8+ years of IT enterprise sales experience.
  • Recruit and develop IT channel partners; face-to-face engagement.
  • Manage existing partners; identify key IT channel partners.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Product, Tech Support, and Ops.
  • Deliver weekly forecasts and maintain CRM with up-to-date partner data.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Relevant IT sales experience, preferably in a channel sales role for a Networking vendor.
  • Proven sales and business development; strong closer; team player; able to win against better-resourced competitors.
  • Demonstrated success managing a sales channel with pipeline administration and reporting.
  • Fluent English and Italian languages.
  • Ability to develop CEO/Executive level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
