Troubleshoot complex Databricks platform issues by analyzing core metrics and logs.
Provide guidance to improve performance in customer environments and give product feedback.
Help the support team with detailed troubleshooting guides and runbooks.
Contribute to automation and tooling programs to improve daily troubleshooting.
Partner with engineering to communicate upcoming features and releases.
Participate in weekend and weekday on-call rotation.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of industry experience.
Experience with Java, Scala or Python apps.
Expert in Python or Shell scripting.
Comfortable with black box troubleshooting.
Experience with Distributed Big Data Computing.
Experience with SQL-based DBs and Linux.
