Sr. Staff SDET (Analytics)

📋 Description

• Own the quality engineering strategy for offline batch pipelines and analytics outputs.
• Lead automation architecture and reliability validation within Jenkins CI/CD.
• Design a PyTest-based validation framework and internal tooling.
• Build reusable Python libraries and robust test data management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, EEE, or equivalent.
• 8–12 years in SDET/QE with automation frameworks and CI/CD ownership.
• Strong Python skills (OO, debugging, DS/Algo) with reusable libraries.
• Deep PyTest experience (fixtures/parametrization/plugins) and diagnostics.
• Strong SQL skills; Snowflake and Postgres/MySQL; data validation.
• Proven Jenkins experience for gating, repeatable runs, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for cross-team alignment.
