  • Serve as the technical trusted advisor and primary contact for a strategic Enterprise account.
  • Master Axon products: body cameras, Evidence.com, Fusus; lead RCA and incident response.
  • Own end-to-end device RMA lifecycle: triage, logistics, SLA, scalable workflow.
  • Provide Tier-2 support; troubleshoot Wi-Fi/cellular, MDM, syncing; guide on-site teams.
  • Monitor fleet health and metrics; propose engineering/product changes to reduce incidents.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives; deliver enablement and reviews to maximize value.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7+ years in technical account management or enterprise hardware/software.
  • Proven enterprise relationships and complex projects.
  • Strong wireless networking; diagnose network issues.
  • Cloud evidence management/SaaS and enterprise IT familiarity.
  • Must pass CJIS background check and maintain confidentiality.
