Sr. Product Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Design and improve the product org operating model (planning cadences, launches).
• Define and own the product metrics infrastructure and reporting.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to reduce friction.
• Lead end-to-end product launches, coordinating timelines and readiness.
• Close gaps in product lifecycle management (updates, deprecations).
• Build and maintain a single source of truth for product ops docs and standards.
• Surface and manage risks in product development and launches.
• Identify and drive adoption of AI tools across the SDLC to improve velocity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, or related SaaS/tech ops.
• Proven ability to build and scale cross-functional processes with measurable outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills with product and business metrics.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-team product launches.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work.
• Familiarity with Agile or similar iterative methodologies.
• Clear, direct communicator for IC and executive levels.
