- 5+ years in process engineering, development and manufacturing
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiar with Marketing, Market Research, Legal/Regulatory, QA, and Manufacturing
- Willing to travel 30-50%
- Knowledge of food process technologies and equipment
