Design, build, and operate scalable clusters with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Kafka.
Own platform components and deliver initiatives end-to-end.
Improve architectural patterns for reliability, scalability, performance.
Troubleshoot distributed systems across multi-cluster environments.
Build and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for repeatable deployments.
Collaborate with engineering teams and PM to align platform with product needs.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in platform engineering, SRE, or infrastructure roles.
Production ops with MongoDB, Kafka, or Elasticsearch.
Kubernetes experience with Helm and ArgoCD.
Proficiency in Python or Java.
Terraform IaC experience.
AWS hands-on experience.
