- 8+ years in Revenue/GTM recruiting, including 3+ years leading a team.
- Proven Revenue pipeline build across GTM stack (SDR/BDR to AE/CS/SE).
- Experience hiring internationally; UK/EMEA required; LATAM a plus.
- Strong operational instincts: pipeline reports, capacity modeling, quarterly forecasts.
- Experience scaling structured interview processes: scorecards, role-plays, debrief.
- ATS proficiency: Ashby preferred; Greenhouse/Lever acceptable; LinkedIn Recruiter.
