Develop and communicate site security strategy aligned with SpaceX objectives
Advise senior management on security matters with strong briefing skills
Establish procedures to assess and mitigate security vulnerabilities
Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures
Identify, prioritize, implement security measures, emergency plans and protocols
Participate in local, state, and federal groups to stay updated on security info

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
12+ years of experience in security
5+ years security management supervising staff
Experience with ITAR compliance
Must be willing to obtain TS/SCI clearance
Background checks and drug testing required
