- Deep transfers operations expertise with ACATS, non-ACATS, DTC, trusts, IRAs, mutual funds, and servicing.
- Strong people leadership across internal teams and BPO agents.
- Operational excellence: SLAs, controls, quality; reduce manual work and turnaround times; regulatory standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Custody, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, and CX/B2B.
- Analytical, outcomes-focused: use data to prioritize and communicate to senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing BPO/vendor teams and systems (custody/ledger, transfer tooling, Zendesk/Jira, reconciliation).
