  • Lead and develop the Account & Transfers Operations team across all transfer workflows.
  • Own SLAs, quality, and risk controls for transfers.
  • Diagnose gaps and design smoother end-to-end transfer processes to improve completion rates.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Custody, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, and CX/B2B to drive tooling and policy changes.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and build business cases for improvements.
  • Escalation point for complex transfer and account servicing issues.

🎯 Requirements

  • Deep transfers operations expertise with ACATS, non-ACATS, DTC, trusts, IRAs, mutual funds, and servicing.
  • Strong people leadership across internal teams and BPO agents.
  • Operational excellence: SLAs, controls, quality; reduce manual work and turnaround times; regulatory standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, Custody, Risk/Fraud, Compliance, and CX/B2B.
  • Analytical, outcomes-focused: use data to prioritize and communicate to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing BPO/vendor teams and systems (custody/ledger, transfer tooling, Zendesk/Jira, reconciliation).
