🎯 Requirements

  • 12-15+ years in B2B SaaS PMM; 5-7+ years leading PMM teams.
  • Proven success in vertical SaaS or construction/field service; construction exposure a plus.
  • Track record of owning GTM strategy and major launches with revenue impact.
  • Experience building or scaling PMM function (process, org design, tooling) and cross-functional.
  • Strong familiarity with AI-powered products; translating AI features into business outcomes for non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent storytelling and cross-functional leadership; data-driven decision maker.
  • University degree required.
