🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a high growth organization
  • 5+ years managing large social ads budgets and setting up ads to maximize CAC, ROAS and ROI
  • Experience in leading a results-driven team
  • Deep strategic and technical knowledge of Meta Ads manager, TiKTok Ads manager, Google, and other customer acquisition marketing tools
  • Strong leadership skills and a desire and ability to mentor a team
  • Exceptional writing and organization skills
