  • Serve as the primary post-implementation contact for customers.

  • Knowledge of IAM and cybersecurity/compliance valuable.
  • Familiar with cloud/hybrid/on-prem IT architectures.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM/PS for SaaS).
  • Available to work North America Pacific hours via Zoom.
