- 6-10+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or partnerships.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with large/complex accounts.
- Experience closing six- and seven-figure advertising deals.
- Ability to sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders.
- Excellent executive presence, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven with a strong financial acumen.
