- 6โ10+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets with large/complex accounts
- Experience closing six- and seven-figure advertising deals
- Ability to sell consultatively to senior marketing leaders and decision-makers
- Data-driven with strong financial acumen
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with ambiguity and ownership
