  • Execute annual Advertising Business Marketing Strategy for Mexico campaigns to drive demand
  • Bring Spotify advertising to life through culturally relevant experiential activation engaging brands and agencies
  • Partner with local trade events and industry associations to boost Spotify’s presence via sponsorships
  • Own translation, localization and GTM for global marketing programs and materials in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Sales, Comms to ensure innovative thinking and goal alignment
  • Support regional activity tracking and reporting, monitor budget per Spotify processes

🎯 Requirements

  • BA or marketing degree with 7+ years in digital media, preferably in a B2B marketing role at an ad-supported publisher/platform
  • Deep understanding of the Mexican media landscape and marketing to brands and agencies
  • Proven track record managing multiple large projects with hard deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce; Splash invite management tool is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish; English required; Portuguese a plus
