- Partner with Account Executives in pre-sales to uncover asset-management pain points.
- Lead technical discoveries to map ERP, CMMS, EAM, and other systems to integrate.
- Produce clear integration scope documents, data-flow diagrams, and estimates for handoff.
- Build and maintain a library of repeatable integration patterns and reference architectures.
- Represent integration feasibility and complexity in deal reviews, flagging risk to Sales.
- Deliver live demos and PoCs to prospects when required.
🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in client-facing Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or similar.
- Familiar with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and modern integration patterns.
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, data flows, and systems architecture across teams.
- Experience with iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, Zapier).
- Familiarity with SaaS delivery models, including onboarding and post-sale deployment.
- Experience with ERP/EAM systems (SAP, Oracle, IBM Maximo, Infor).
