Software Engineer - Ride and Fleet Services

📋 Description

• Design and build a scalable robotaxis dispatch service.
• Refine real-time dispatch optimization and route planning.
• Apply linear programming, integer programming, stochastic methods, and queuing theory.
• Use OR tools for data analysis, forecasting demand, and network modeling.
• Integrate optimization algorithms into the robotaxi platform.
• Build or use in-house or 3rd-party simulations to test dispatch effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations Research, or related field.
• Experience in algorithm development with operational research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Kotlin, or C++.
• Strong background in ML, AI, operational research, and data analysis.
• Passion for learning new technologies, domains, and challenging the status quo.
• Strong mathematics and quantitative problem-solving skills.
