📋 Description

  • Develop and execute Korea social/content strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, and more
  • Lead tentpole campaigns and social activations for K-pop and Korean culture
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Music, Comms, Marketing, Editorial, and global teams
  • Partner with creators/agencies to produce platform-native storytelling for Korea and beyond
  • Identify cultural trends and fandoms to keep Spotify relevant on social

🎯 Requirements

  • 7+ years in social/content marketing with Korea track record
  • Deep understanding of Korea’s digital platforms, fandoms, and culture
  • Experience with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to build Spotify’s presence in K-pop and Korean culture
  • Data-driven: use insights to inform decisions and measure performance
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
