About the Team:

As a Product Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of social media advertising channels. In this team, you'll drive the vision and execution of digital advertising capabilities across various platforms. Collaborating closely with engineering, partnerships, product marketing, and commercial teams, your goal is to ensure seamless user adoption and optimize the Smartly Advertising Platform.

As a Product Manager, you will:
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights for your engineering team.
  • Drive product discovery through user research and prototype testing.
  • Collaboratively craft your team's roadmap and vision.
  • Own the product backlog and act as the product owner for your team.
  • Develop go-to-market plans in partnership with product marketing to drive product adoption.
  • Conduct client workshops and deliver client-facing presentations.
  • Manage stakeholders and ensure alignment of strategy and execution.
What we're looking for: Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 4 years of product management experience in B2C and/or B2B SaaS.
  • Experience in a technologically complex domain, such as digital advertising.
  • Ability and willingness to work from the office at least two days per week.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in a technology or business-related field.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps, driving the product vision, and defining the GTM strategy.
  • Experience in one or more of the following: social media, programmatic advertising, marketing automation, and media measurement.
  • Track record of successfully launching software products and driving user and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
