of a healthier world with us! What you’ll do:- Office Management: Ensure the office runs smoothly, including maintaining office supplies, managing office layout, and ensuring cleanliness and organization;
- Office Events Coordination: Organize office events and entertainment, including Friday parties and other team-building activities;
- Organize birthday presents for employees;
- Travel Support: Assist with travel arrangements and support for company staff;
- Personal Assistance: Handle personal tasks for the CEO;
- Technical Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of tech equipment (laptops, monitors);
- Document Handling: Manage and deliver documents within Limassol.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Greek is an advantage;
- Experience: Prior experience as an office manager or personal assistant;
- Location: This is an on-site position based in Limassol. Remote work is not available;
- Skills: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, ability to handle confidential information, strong communication skills.
