Position Overview:

Given the evolving landscape of our dynamic environment, we are seeking a strong & highly motivated Project Manager / Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-squad projects and leading agile teams to deliver high-quality product, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget.

ShyftLabs is a growing data product company that was founded in early 2020, and works primarily with Fortune 500 companies. We deliver digital solutions built to help accelerate the growth of businesses in various industries, by focusing on creating value through innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

PM

Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to closure.

Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

SM

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Guide and coach, the Scrum team on Agile/Scrum practices and values.

Remove impediments and shield the team from external interruptions.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Team Leadership & Communication

Communicate effectively and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Foster an inclusive and supportive team environment.

Prepare, update team’s metrics, present the project reports to management.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of open collaboration.

Skills:

Project management tools (e.g., Google Smartsheet, MS Project , JIRA, Confluence).

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong collaboration & organizational skills with attention to detail.

High level of adaptability and flexibility in a rapidly changing environment

Ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional team members.

Effective conflict resolution skills
