Showpad is a leading sales enablement platform that helps companies align content, coaching, and communications to accelerate growth. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager III to join our team in Chicago.
The Role
As Account Manager, Enterprise III, you will own a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, drive revenue growth, ensure successful adoption of Showpad, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver value.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and retention goals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; coordinate with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success.
- Forecast revenue, maintain a healthy pipeline, and provide accurate status updates to leadership.
- Represent customer voice in product and strategy discussions to influence roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales or senior account management experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota and growing ARR with large corporate accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
