Execute daily order fulfillment: processing, picking, packing, and shipping prep for overnight delivery
Inventory management: restock, organize, and forecast demand to meet growth
Manage relationships with shipping partners, vendors & suppliers
Centralize shipping across the company; streamline fulfillment with stakeholders
Develop SOPs for Shipping Operations & Fulfillment as the company grows
Maintain QA accuracy and drive NPS & CSAT scores post-onboarding

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in Consulting/Project Management; Logistics Ops & Supply Chain a plus
Problem solver & builder; roll up sleeves and think in systems
Self-sufficient & resourceful; proven KPI achievement
Bonus: experience with agencies or BPOs
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience with Google Suite; Salesforce a plus
