Shift Lead, Mission Readiness & Fleet Response

📋 Description

• Coach and mentor contract staff at the geosite.
• Ensure L3 and VH6 vehicles are ready on time.
• Track delays impacting L3 and Robotaxi missions.
• Provide logistics for vehicle movement and storage.
• Assist the Team Lead with data tracking toward team KPIs.
• Enforce safety policies in the workshop (OSHA guidelines).

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in operations environment.
• 2+ years people leadership.
• Proven ability to quickly learn technical subjects.
• Clean driving record with zero points.
• Ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
• Cross-functional team player with strong communication.
