About the role:

Are you a highly experienced BDM with good relationships within the Commercial/Asset Finance Broker channel? Do you thrive on building new business whilst building rapport with customers? In this role you will use your highly developed relationship skills to increase revenue through our broker channel.

You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our customers are at the forefront of everything we do.

You’ll also be involved in building our brand through industry events and presenting within the finance sector.

Main Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Develop & execute quarterly/annual sales plans within your region to meet sales objectives.

  • Activate new brokers whilst maintaining existing network.

  • Onboard, train & develop new brokers.

  • Represent Shift at various aggregator & industry events.

  • Build trust and long-term relationship with our broker network.

  • Manage key relationships with aggregator sales personnel at state level.

  • Build Shift’s brand awareness across your dedicated region.

  • Keep up to date with market and industry trends.

Experience required

  • 2 years + Sales/BDM experience, preferably within Lending, Asset Finance or related commercial Banking industry.

  • Proven ability to build long term relationships within the broker network.
