  • Create strategic business plans to manage sales in the Western US region
  • Build relationships with C-suite leaders across industries (CFO/CIO/COO/CDO)
  • Lead account strategy with cross-functional teams to close deals
  • Advise customers on ServiceNow solutions to align IT and business roadmaps
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline by qualifying opportunities
  • Prepare budgets and biweekly forecast for leadership

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience selling ServiceNow solutions or SaaS
  • Existing field relationships in the ServiceNow ecosystem preferred
  • Proven ability to generate new business and maintain C-level relationships
  • Experience leading multiple sales cycles from opportunity to close
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
  • Willingness to travel to clients as needed
  • BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Industry certifications highly desired
