  • Troubleshoot and maintain software and hardware.
  • Improve, streamline, and document IT processes with the IT team.
  • Provide system access using role-based permissions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as InfoSec and DevOps.

  • Root cause analysis on reported issues.

  • 2 years of IT Support Technician or related experience.
  • SSO user management incl. password/MFA resets, group mgmt, logs.
  • General understanding of information security best practices.
  • MDM knowledge for troubleshooting to root cause.
  • Confidentiality maintained due to sensitive information.
  • Hands-on Jira, Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom management.
